Easy Oven-Baked Chicken Wings, Potatoes & Roasted Brussels Sprouts


This is a simple, comforting oven meal that feels intentional without being complicated. Everything cooks at the same temperature, making it ideal for busy days when you want real food with minimal effort.

Oven Temperature

425°F (220°C)
Total cook time: 40–45 minutes


Ingredients

Seasoned Diced Potatoes

  • 3–4 medium potatoes, diced evenly
  • 2 tbsp butter or olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Baked Chicken Wings

  • 2 lbs air-chilled chicken wings (cleaned and dried)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp cayenne (optional, for heat)
  • Avocado oil spray (light coating)

Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved (fresh or frozen). If frozen, they will be whole, not halved.
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425°F. Line one large sheet pan with parchment paper and prepare a separate pan for the chicken wings.


2. Prepare the Potatoes

Place diced potatoes on one side of the sheet pan.

  • Add butter or oil, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, salt, and pepper
  • Toss well to coat evenly
  • Spread into a single layer

3. Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Add Brussels sprouts to the other side of the same sheet pan.

  • Toss with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
  • Arrange cut-side down for better browning

4. Prepare the Chicken Wings

Place wings on a pan. ( parchment paper optional)

  • Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and cayenne
  • Toss to coat
  • Lightly spray the tops with avocado oil

5. Bake

Place both pans in the oven.

  • Bake for 20 minutes, then flip:
    • Potatoes (stir gently)
    • Brussels sprouts (flip for even roasting)
    • Chicken wings (turn over)

Return to the oven and bake another 20–25 minutes, until:

  • Wings are golden brown and crisp on both sides. Internal temp reaches 175-185°F
  • Potatoes are tender with crispy edges
  • Brussels sprouts are caramelized and browned

6. Serve

Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. This meal pairs beautifully with a simple side salad or is enjoyed just as it is.
